While he might have released his debut album just a few months ago, Sam Fender isn't quite done for 2019.

On Tuesday, he shared a proper studio release of his song "All Is on My Side," which he's previously played live, prompting fans to campaign for him to put it in an official format.

"It's been a mainstay in the set for a couple of years now," Fender acknowledges. "And it's nice to release this as a bit of a thank you to all the fans at the end of the year."

While the song certainly has some The War on Drugs-esque flourishes to it, Fender showcases his full skill on the track, from his timeless vocals to glowing guitar work, building to an arena-worthy finish and making for a song which sounds like an instant classic, making clear why fans really wanted him to release it.
