After teasing new music earlier this week, Coldplay has made it official.

Chris Martin and Co. on Thursday released two new songs, the shimmering new track "Orphans" and the entrancing cut "Arabesque." Both are from the band's upcoming album Everyday Life, which they've confirmed will be released on Nov. 22 via Parlophone/Atlantic Records.

Marking the band's eighth album, it will be a double-sided release divided into two halves, Sunrise and Sunset. In addition to CD and digital formats, both of the new tracks are available now on 7-inch vinyl via Third Man Records, which will also release vinyl versions of the full album itself.

In addition to the new music, Coldplay has also confirmed the band will be the musical guest on the Nov. 2 episode of NBC's Saturday Night Live, their sixth time performing on the sketch comedy show.
