Francis and the Lights, by Dan DeSlover

It looks like Francis and the Lights has reunited with Kanye West and Bon Iver.

A track titled "Take Me to the Light" surfaced over the weekend, billed as a new Francis track featuring Ye and Bon Iver. The audio was first made available via TuneCore, suggesting it might be an unintentional leak. But according to Kanye fan account TeamKanyeDaily, the song was supposed to be released properly by Monday (Sept. 2).

Just last week, Francis seemed to tease the song in a series of tweets and audio clips on social media. His last album, Just for Us, was released two years ago in December. Last week, Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian shared what appears to be a new gospel album from Ye, presumably titled Jesus Is King.

At press time, some users are able to access "Take Me to the Light" via streaming platforms such as Spotify, Amazon and Tidal. In addition to Francis, Kanye and Bon Iver, the song is credited to frequent Bon Iver collaborator BJ Burton and past West collaborator Jeff Bhasker, as well as Benny Blanco, Caroline Shaw, Cashmere Cat and Noah Goldstein.

This isn't the first time Francis has recruited Kanye West and Bon Iver for a song, as the trio all joined forces on "Friends" back in 2016.
