BROCKHAMPTON returned Wednesday night with a performance on NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, where they debuted a new song titled "Tonya."
The track is a preview of group's upcoming album, which will be called the best years of our lives, not the previously announced title Puppy. Last month, ringleader Kevin Abstract had suggested a new record was coming in June.
The Fallon appearance was their first since Boston Calling last month, after which they revealed founding member Ameer Vann was no longer part of the band, following multiple sexual misconduct and physical abuse allegations. They subsequently canceled a number of live shows and confirmed their next album would be delayed.
For tonight's performance, which was also BROCKHAMPTON's late-night debut, they were joined by Jazmine Sullivan, serpentwithfeet and Ryan Beatty. As of this writing, the song was not immediately available on digital streaming platforms.
BROCKHAMPTON's new record has been one of Variance's 45 Albums to Watch for in 2018.
