Norwegian-Kiwi duo of Anna Lotterud and Brady Daniell-Smith (aka Anna of the North) is continuing a busy summer with a new video for their single "Someone," which arrived at the end of last month.

The self-directed clip was shot in Miami, but it's hardly about beach parties and shenanigans. Instead, it focuses on the aftermath of bad decisions.

"The ‘party’ side to cities like Miami can feel vacuous, making them the loneliest places in the world, so it’s a fitting backdrop to the story," Anna said of the video. "It’s set the day after a big night, when you instantly regret something that happened. It’s about the internal battle of the day after; trying to accept that you’re human and how hard it is to forgive yourself for your own mistakes. It gets more desperate throughout as the realisation sets in."

"Someone" is the latest preview from Anna of the North's debut full-length, Lovers, which is out Sept. 8. Anna also contributed vocals to two newly released Tyler, the Creator songs "911 / Mr. Lonely," featuring Frank Ocean, and "Boredom."
