Nearly a full year after the release of HAIM's debut album, Days Are Gone, it's still making waves, as evidenced by British singer-songwriter James Bay's breathtaking new cover of the trio's "Forever."

Bay performed the track during his BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge visit on Tuesday, which comes only days before the 23-year-old hits the road supporting Hozier on his upcoming North American tour.

Following the release of his Let It Go EP earlier this summer, Bay is currently working on his debut full-length, which is expected next year on Republic Records.

Watch Bay (it might actually be "Bae" after you watch) perform "Forever" below.
