The trailer for Aaron Sorkin's Danny Boyle-directed Steve Jobs has been released and it's quite a ride.

Michael Fassbender plays Steve Jobs, the late founder of Apple, in the film, which examines the behind-the-scenes activity of three key product launches, leading up to the 1998 launch of the iMac.

Perhaps it's the combination of Sorkin with co-stars Seth Rogen and Jeff Daniels, but the trailer seems unnecessarily dramatic at times.

The film is out Oct. 9 but the trailer can be seen below.
