JAY Z, Beyoncé Go 'On The Run' Together in 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' Collaboration

How much better can this Magna Carta Holy Grail album get? Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean and now Beyoncé collaborate with JAY Z on the new record. The latest revelation, which comes Thursday via Mr. Carter's Android app, is a song titled “Part II (On the Run),” which appears to be a sequel to “’03 Bonnie & Clyde,” the pair's 2002 hit single.

JAY Z's New Song "Oceans" Features Frank Ocean

You can't have a song on your album called "Oceans" without featuring Frank Ocean, right? Makes sense to us, as apparently JAY Z's new Magna Carta Holy Grail album features a song by that title, and Mr. Channel Orange himself appears on it. The lyrics to the song were revealed on Wednesday via Hova's new app for Samsung Galaxy users.

Kanye West Has Lowest Sales Debut Ever But Still Hits No. 1

It was a wild week of expectations for Kanye West. He was expecting to release his new album, Yeezus, on June 18. But before he could engulf himself in release week promo, the baby he was also expecting decided to come early. The album still released as scheduled, but sales expectations began to drop daily—from 500,000 on the eve of the album's release to 327,000. It is, however, enough to squeak out with the No. 1 title on Billboard.

Chris Brown Says He Hit Woman's Car But Didn't Run

First, Chris Brown was accused over the weekend of assaulting a woman at a club. Now, TMZ is reporting that he's being charged with a hit-and-run. The Los Angeles City Attorney has filed two criminal charges against Brown due to a minor accident last month in which he reportedly rear-ended a woman's Mercedes with his Range Rover.

MS MR Announces Fall Tour

New York City based duo MS MR will embark on their first North American headline tour this fall in support of their critically-acclaimed, debut album Secondhand Rapture. The tour will start Sept. 16 in Montreal and will take the band across the U.S. with stops in Philadelphia, New York City, Boston, Minneapolis, Chicago and Los Angeles (full list of dates below). Additionally, the duo will hit the global festival circuit this summer with performances at Glastonbury, Splendour in the Grass, Lollapalooza, Rock En Seine, Outside lands and Austin City Limits.

MGMT to Release New Album in September

MGMT announced plans on Tuesday to release their self-titled third studio album. The new project is due Sept. 17 via Columbia.

Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasse recorded the album—after a series of improvisational james—in Upstate New York with producer Dave Fridmann (The Flaming Lips). The album will also include The Optimizer, “unique visual elements to accompany and illustrate the new music, which “provides listeners of the album with a simultaneous aural and optical listening experience featuring video and CGI work.”

Beyoncé Expands World Tour Into December

Despite reports that Beyoncé is "still trying to figure out" her new record, the R&B queen has a bit of news that may lift the spirits of some weary fans who are less than excited that they'll have to wait for a new album. Bey has extended her current tour to now include dates through the holidays in December.

Mumford & Sons Announce New Tour Dates, Reschedule Canceled Shows

Mumford & Sons announced on Monday that after canceling a series of shows while bassist Ted Dwane recovered from surgery, the band is planning to hit the road again. They confirmed a new string of dates, in addition to rescheduled stops. The Vaccines and Bear’s Den will join them for the new dates, while supporting acts have yet to be announced for the makeup dates.
