Lana Del Rey has unexpectedly joined the SXSW lineup.

She was added Thursday to Apple Music's schedule for Friday (March 17). The music streaming service is hosting shows this week at 612 W 4th Street in Austin, with Del Rey expected to perform at 8 p.m. 

The news comes as the singer has been readying a new album for later this year. Last month, she released her new single "Love."

Badges and wristbands will be required for entry to Friday's show.
