Frank Ocean revealed Wednesday on Tumblr that he will be opening for OutKast in July during Canada's Pemberton Music Festival, for which the lineup has yet to be announced.

Because of that scheduling, Ocean said he'll be skipping this month's Coachella (where OutKast is launching their massive reunion tour) in order to "stay in the groove" and finish his album.

Only two weeks ago, photographer Nabil Elderkin shared a photo of Ocean in the studio to inform fans the singer's sophomore album is indeed on the way.
