Variance met with Kate Nash during SXSW to chat about politics and her upcoming EP Agenda.

“Agenda,” which will be one of four songs on the EP, is a response to the current political state of the U.S. Nash shares her frustrations and the importance of being informed and getting engaged in the age of Donald Trump. She also gives a nod to Best Coast’s Bethany Cosentino for also being passionate and outspoken.

Agenda is scheduled to release on Record Store Day (April 22).

Check out the story below featuring “My Little Alien," which is included on the EP.
