After accepting his MTV Video Vanguard Award from none other than Taylor Swift during Sunday night's Video Music Awards, Kanye West launched into an epic, 11-minute speech.

During the lengthy delivery, West talked about his contributions to art, past regrets (including interrupting Swift six years ago at the VMAs) and grievances with award shows (including the VMAs).

He also finished by announcing he will run for president in 2020.
