JANOS is a Scandinavian four piece band with an enticing sound and energetic vibe. Their groovy pop production and electronic inflections, showcase their multifaceted melodic range, reminiscent of artists such as Glass Animals and The Weeknd.

Sitting at the centre of the group is Swedish singer/song writer Janos Andersson, whose musical journey saw him move his life over to London in 2015 as a solo artist, before relocating to Oslo and forming the band as we know them now. Made up of Aksel Krystad, Håvard Haugland and Kristoffer Sakseide, alongside Andersson, the music is a fusion of genres, with each member bringing an element of individuality and flavour to the band.

First demoed in November 2021, the new single “JUICEBOX” details the struggle and indecisiveness of whether to indulge when caught up in a moment. Written following three days of partying in Copenhagen, the music is heavily reflective of the bands own experiences with the narrative leaning into moments of temptation, exploring the opportunities that come with the rock and roll lifestyle. Packed with punchy electronic keys and buoyant beats, the song has a more feel-good sound, with the catchy chorus being one that’ll be stuck in your head all day long.
