A week after being hospitalized, Kanye West is not yet "stable" and will remain at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.

While some accounts suggested the emcee would be released as soon as today (Monday), TMZ reported his release has been indefinitely postponed and he will not be going home as planned.

West is reportedly suffering from temporary psychosis linked to sleep deprivation and dehydration. He was taken to the hospital involuntarily on Nov. 21, just hours after canceling the remaining 21 dates of his tour.
