New York-based artist Ryan Egan is back with new music, this time in the form of his simmering new single "Won't You Be the One?."

The emerging crooner really puts his soaring vocals on full display with the new track, which is officially out today. It follows a string of releases last year and his recent Fever & Bloom EP.

"'Won't You Be the One?' is a song about allowing yourself to fully trust someone else and get lost within that bond, whether it's romantic or a friendship," says Egan about the new song. "Particularly after having been hurt or having closed yourself off emotionally. It's a bit of a declaration of commitment to the right person when they finally come along, an experience I'm privileged to have encountered."

The new material comes as Egan has been been steadily rising over the past few years, with his 2015 debut EP Postures EP and his mesmerizing single "Restoration," which was one of Variance's 100 Best Songs of 2015.
