And so the day has finally arrived. Lil Wayne's Tha Carter V is here.

It's really long, but it's here. The long-awaited record, which had first been scheduled to be released back in 2013, arrived late Thursday night (on Weezy's 36th birthday), officially out worldwide on Friday.

With a lengthy 23 songs clocking in at just under 90 minutes, the record features guest appearances from Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Sampha, Snoop Dogg, the late XXXTentacion and more. His daughter Reginae Carter also cameos, as does former president Barack Obama, whose voice is sampled at the end of the track "Delicate."

As we previously mentioned, Lil Wayne had only confirmed the album's now-official release date on Tuesday, when he shared a choppy video of himself thanking fans for their patience and ongoing support, comparing his comeback to that of Tiger Woods.
