Just in time for the weekend, Los Angeles-based newcomer Freddy Wexler (aka Jackson Penn) has dropped his second single.

The delicate new track, titled "Babylon," arrived Friday, with the singer's entrancing vocals on full display. It's only his second release following his recent debut single "Streetlights in Mars," for which he released a video this week.

"Bob Marley said that Babylon is everywhere," Penn, who has written for Selena Gomez and Lil Wayne, says of the new song. "To me, Babylon is anywhere she is and I can't be."

Whoa.

Hear the new song below and stay tuned for more from Jackson Penn.
