Toronto crooner Joël Lobban has released his stunning debut single "Reload."

The enthralling cut, which arrives Thursday, is an intimate confessional stemming from struggles with friends, absentee family and personal circumstances.

"I just write off of my perspective," Lobban says of the song. "Everything I go through is what I'm writing about. It's real life experiences: family issues, girl issues, anything. It's really from me. I can't write unless it's from me.”
