Lecrae is sending fans into the weekend with his new single "Blessings," a collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign.

The addictive track, which sees both artists flowing rather effortlessly together, is a preview of Lecrae's upcoming new album, which will mark his debut on Columbia Records, through a new partnership with the Sony Music imprint and his own Reach Records, the latter of which has released his previous albums.

The Atlanta rapper, who in 2013 became the first hip-hop artist to win a Grammy for Best Gospel Album, said in a recent interview his next album is about "being fully aware and embracing my identity." He said his 2014 record Anomaly was saying, "hey guys, I need to be free to be me," while the forthcoming set is "the manifestation of that."
