As Major Lazer continues to tease their new album, the Diplo-led troupe has released a bright new single "Run Up," a collaboration with PARTYNEXTDOOR and Nicki Minaj.

The glossy track had been expected for some time, and it serves as the latest preview of Major Lazer's Music Is the Weapon, which doesn't yet have a release date but is one of Variance's 50 Albums to Watch for in 2017.

Also worth noting, Minaj made clear in the song's lyrics her own album, also one of our 50 to Watch for, is definitely coming very soon. "Bout to drop an album," she declared on her verse.

“It’s always important for us to work with people who are on the same wave,” Diplo said of the song. “Nicki and Party really helped us bring the classic Major Lazer style to create this perfect party record.”
