As their Daya collaboration "Don't Let Me Down" keeps marching up the U.S. charts, The Chainsmokers are keeping the summer jams flowing their new single "Closer," which features Halsey.
It's another earworm from the production duo comprised of Drew Taggart and Alex Pall, with Taggart offering lead vocals alongside Halsey, the first time he's done so outside of some minor vocals backing on last summer's "Roses."
"Closer," which the trio debuted live last month at Bonnaroo, arrives as "Don't Let Me Down" earlier this month reached No. 3 on Billboard's Hot 100. It's currently in the running as Variance's Song of Summer.
