ABC is hoping it has better luck this summer with another singing competition.

As of Friday, Kesha and Ludacris have signed on to judge Rising Star, a North American take on an Israeli reality show format. They join previously announced judge Brad Paisley, along with host Josh Groban.

The show comes after ABC's 2012 failed run with Duets, another singing competition. However, as The Hollywood Reporter points out, Star will air on Sundays, an unconventional night for reality television. The show premieres on June 22.
