Newcomer BON-BON (aka Sian King) has unveiled "Lois Lane," the first track off her forthcoming EP out in June. The feisty indie-pop track tells a story of a personal and somewhat troubled young love affair, all while riddled with metaphors link to the Man of Steel, Superman.

Hailing from South London, BON-BON has been compared to fellow Brit Bat For Lashes as well as indie songstress Lykke Li, although she previously opposed putting her music online. After giving in to demand, the singer has decided to embrace she knows best—music.

"Lois Lane," an electrifying, vintage-sounding tune, can be heard below and is also available as a free download via BON-BON's Facebook Page. It also doesn't hurt that she has the endorsement of the U.K.'s Katy B, right?
