As has been the trend this year, Katy Perry's latest album, Prism, is streaming days in advance of its official Oct. 22 release.

The album is brimming with pure pop hits, as already evidenced by previously revealed tracks such as "Roar," "Walking on Air" and "Dark Horse," featuring Juicy J. It follows 2010's Teenage Dream, which Perry admitted to Jimmy Fallon last week was "super high concept and almost cartoon-y."

Her new effort instead demonstrates a much more vulnerable Perry and could easily fit on a playlist alongside artists the singer has previously praised: Ellie Goulding, Jessie Ware, Sia, Robyn and Icona Pop.

Prism was produced by Max Martin, Dr. Luke and Benny Blanco.
