As Ben Howard gears up for the release of his sophomore album, I Forget Where We Were, he's shared another track off the record.

"Conrad," another emotional cut from Howard, arrived Wednesday afternoon by way of a premiere on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show.

The new track precedes the full record, which will be released Oct. 20 in the U.K. and Oct. 21 in the States.
