Just in time for the weekend, British crooner Luke Pickett is sharing his addictive new single "The Star in My Movie," which he's premiering with Variance.

The sultry, R&B-tinged cut is a Miguel-meets-Timberlake bedroom jam, with Pickett's sweltering vocals building up to a massive climax.

"So it's back to the hotel into my room, see how it feels to star in my movie," the singer wails, continuing: "We gonna feel alive when I'm loving you, bring me back to life with the things you do."

The new cut follows recent singles “Wasted Dreams” and “Loving You Is Wrong," all of which showcase a singer who's clearly ready for prime time.

"The Star in My Movie" is available now for pre-order, but you can hear it below before it officially arrives on Nov. 10.
