Tom Hanks, Bill Murray and Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder will be among David Letterman's final guests as he prepares to say farewell to CBS's Late Show next Wednesday.
The network on Thursday revealed Hanks will make his 60th appearance on the program next Monday (May 18), with Vedder performing alongside Paul Shaffer and the CBS Orchestra.

Murray will bring a 33-year history with Letterman to a close on Tuesday, marking his 44th appearance. The comedian was Letterman's first guest on NBC's Late Night when it debuted on Feb. 1, 1982. He then followed Letterman to Late Show and served as his first guest on the CBS program on Aug. 30, 1993.
Details for Letterman's 6,028th and final Late Show episode next Wednesday (May 20) have not yet been revealed, but it's sure to be a big one.
