Rick Ross was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Fayette County, Ga., just outside of Atlanta, on a misdemeanor marijuana charge.

Local television news station WSB-TV reported just before 4 p.m. EST that the rapper was pulled over in his Bentley due to a window tinting violation, but the officer involved smelled and subsequently found marijuana in the vehicle.

Ross was also arrested nearly a year ago in North Carolina, when he didn't show up for a court due to another previous marijuana charge in Greensboro.
