Brooklyn's rising singer-producer Julius has shared a majestic and thought-provoking new track "Roads," featuring newcomer Kaerhart, which envisions a post-apocalyptic world.
Supporting by brilliant, truly cinematic production, the pair blends their vocals in perfect harmony until the song builds to an intense climax.
Of the track, Julius said he's "been inspired by the world's smartest thinkers who say that artificial intelligence is going to surpass human intelligence this century and could ... bring about the extinction of all humans," explaining that he and Kaerhart wrote the song imagining they were the "last two people on earth for a brief moment."
For those unfamiliar, Julius—whose background is in classical music—has been treating us with standouts over the past few months. And following his Rome Fortune-assisted single "Dope Francis," this latest one is perhaps one of his best.
