Washington, D.C.-based producer-songwriter Imad-Roy El-Amine (aka Royal) has shared an addictive new track "Queen of France."
He encourages equality with lyrics that profess, "I don't care if you're the queen of France / or a homeless man / It's all the same to me." He goes on to sing: "Wherever you are / we're staring at the same old stars / both have beating hearts inside our chests."
One-half of the production duo SoySauce, Royal has also "quietly been working on an album," he says. And this first preview is certainly promising but also a brilliantly written cut on its own.
