As the holidays approach and many family dinners will likely be plagued with debates over polarizing topics such as Syrian refugees and voting preferences in the 2016 election, Saturday Night Live has provided a "remedy" for such discussions: Adele's omnipresent single "Hello."

In one of SNL's most hilarious and timely digital shorts of its 41st season, the show featured a Thanksgiving dinner dominated by political arguments which could only be alleviated by the sound of Adele's voice, which also un-burns the turkey.

Over the course of the sketch, the cast—including host Matthew McConaughey—lip syncs "Hello" while wearing Adele-like wigs and even her signature long fingernails and a coat like the one in the song's music video.
