The Darcys are launching into a big year with a new single, "GOODTIME."

The newly released track arrived Friday as part of the expanded edition of their recent album Rendering Feelings. It comes as the independent duo made up of Jason Couse and Wes Marskell have plenty to celebrate, as Rendering Feelings was their biggest record to date, earning top 10 placement on rock and alternative radio as well as syncs on Grey's Anatomy and Netflix's My Life With The Walter Boys, in addition to The World Series and NFL Playoffs on Fox.

"'GOODTIME' is about the moment when everything feels loud all at once," says The Darcys about the new release. "Not just the room or the party, but the entire world. Small talk and background chatter blur into a constant hum of anxiety shaped by uncertainty. It’s the kind of noise you don’t just hear, you feel it in your body. It’s overstimulating, disorienting, and hard to escape."

They add: "There’s something surreal about trying to live a normal life while pretending everything is okay. But 'GOODTIME' isn’t just about despair. At its core, it holds onto the idea of human connection as a form of resistance. In a world that feels overwhelming, unstable, and designed to divide, choosing presence, choosing to care, and choosing to stand up for each other is what matters."

The release of the new music coincides with the band's upcoming run joining Two Feet on the road, starting later this month in Detroit.
