A year after sharing a new version of their song "Catching Feelings," Drax Project is back with a whole new project. 

On Friday, the New Zealand outfit shared a wonderful, glossy pop EP perfectly titled Diamond. The five-song release includes their previous single "Crazy" as well as "Mad At You," and it marks their first extended offering since their 2019 self-titled album.

“It’s been a pretty weird last couple of years for everyone," the band recently said. "From a health standpoint, we’ve been extremely lucky to be in New Zealand—especially early in the pandemic, when we got to play stadiums while the rest of the world was in lockdown. But it has meant being a long way away from a lot of our audience. Focusing more on recording than releasing has made sense. With New Zealand now opening up to the world again, it feels like the right time to start letting out more of the music we’ve been working on."
