On Thursday, we got a new track from the group PORTS, who shared their new single "Swimming Pool."

It's a hypnotizing new track, with an energy reminiscent of bands like The National and The War On Drugs. It's a testament to the band's incredible lyricism, with an almost haunting undercurrent heard throughout.

“We were just messing about between takes and it started to take form,” says the band's Steven McCool of the new song. “The music and melody fell together within minutes, so we decided to record it."

The new track was recorded while the band was working on their upcoming album Wild Awake, which is expected soon.
