As The Head And The Heart continues to preview a new album coming next month, their latest entry only further proves we're in store for something truly special.

On Friday, the band shared a breathtaking new track called "Tiebreaker," and it builds on the momentum of last month's new song called "Virginia (Wind in the Night)," as they gear up to release Every Shade of Blue, which is out April 29 on Reprise/Warner Records.

“‘Tiebreaker’ is like a carnival ride through a wide variety of characters and relationships," says the band's singer-guitarist Jonathan Russell. "Lovers laughing uncontrollably, a married couple bickering, teenagers falling for each other in the moment. It makes you wonder – what do we all have in common?”

It's riveting.
