Following his Lies I Tell Myself EP, which arrived last fall, Erez Potok-Holmes (aka Sally Boy) is back with new music today.

On Friday, the singer shared his super infectious new single called "i love u," out today on Loud Robot/RCA Records. And like the title suggests, it's quite simply a declaration of love for an unnamed special someone. "Written for her," he said in a note on social media.

“To be frank, this song is the pure ecstasy of love. Emotional Valhalla," says Sally Boy. "Hopelessly head-over-heels love doesn’t fit because it’s not hopeless. It’s solely hope. Another human who fits you, compliments you, who you ask to send voice memos of their giggle 'cause that shit will put you right over the edge. I love you! What else is there to say.”

And if this is a sign that we're in for even more new music from Sally Boy, count us in!
