Abner and Harper James (aka Eighty Ninety) continue to prove their prowess in writing breathtaking pop with riveting lyrics. Case in point, their newest single "Heart on the Line," which arrived today.

The Brooklyn-based brothers have such a knack for intimate storytelling, and that is only further displayed by today's release, an emotional offering capturing a fragile, make-or-break moment in a relationship, when there's a choice between fighting for love or calling it quits.

“When we produced ‘Heart on the Line’ we wanted it to feel personal — almost like it was recorded late at night after one of the midnight phone calls we’re writing about in the song," says the duo. "But we also wanted the choruses to feel cinematic because even though feelings around these moments are personal, they can feel so huge."
