Winnetka Bowling League is back with new music.
The Matthew Koma-led outfit has shared a glistening new track called "pulp," which follows the group's previous standout "barcelona," a collaboration with Sasha Sloan. It's a preview of their upcoming EP, which is expected later this fall.
"'pulp’ was a real life recap of a trip I took when I was 18 to Scranton, Pennsylvania," recalls Koma. "I got on this Martz Trailways bus and sat next to this girl who was a few years older than me and dressed really cool. We talked the whole trip and she played me Belle & Sebastian for the first time. I fell in love with her and she told me she liked girls."
In addition to the new music, Winnetka Bowling League is playing a fall tour starting in November. See the dates here.
