While it's definitely a busy day in music, one album which should definitely be on your radar today is The Green Album.

It's the sophomore record from singer-songwriter-producer Yellow Shoots. The 11-track release is a mesmerizing, kaleidoscopic escape, driven by his ability to experience audible sounds in color. The result is a warm fusion of psychedelic progressive rock with a plethora of R&B, electronica, pop and so much more.

"Making this album helped me reconnect with my 16-year-old self,” says Yellow Shoots of the album, much of which was recorded while broadcasting over Instagram Live during the pandemic. "I got to know myself in a whole new way because there was nowhere to run.”
