Nearly a year after making their return (as a duo), Oklahoma outfit Sports have released their six-track project Get A Good Look Pt. 1.

The new release finds Cale Chronister and Christian Theriot showcasing a more refined sound, embracing their familiar synth-pop and disco roots while drawing from a more psychedelic rock wave, making it clear this is the start of an exciting new era.

“It’s been such a marathon," says Chronister of the two-year process. "I’m just happy we got it done and I’m happy with every second."

For his part, Theriot adds: "Hopefully, we’ll be able to play these songs live sooner than later.” (Their song "The Look" is a perfect example of why this duo is surely excited to get back out on the road as soon as possible.)
