Emerging singer Joshua Speers has released his debut Human Now EP.

The five-track project is such an enamoring listen, kind of perfect for quarantine, whether with a cup of coffee—or whiskey. However you're spending these days, Speers' EP is a worthy soundtrack, with his earnest, youthful vocals meshed with a gritty Americana sound, at times crisp and clean and other times sounding very sturdy and classic.

In addition to the music, Speers has shared a video for his song "Can I Fall In Love With A Broken Heart," which is included on the EP.

Speers is one of four brothers from Delaware. He moved to Los Angeles in 2018 and linked up with kindred spirits such as songwriter Tommy English (Kacey Musgraves) and producer Lars Stalfors (St. Vincent, Cold War Kids), who co-wrote and produced Human Now with Speers.
