Emerging Swedish artist Elias has released an incredible new single called "Focus."

The mesmerizing new track arrived this past week, giving fans a breathtaking display of his vocal prowess, maintaining a wobbly, fuzzy undercurrent while glowing with the earnest, aching soul in his voice. It's almost instantly clear this song stems from personal pain, but it's just as quickly addictive.

"It’s about me leaving a relationship and getting on with my life," Elias says of the new track. "I’m conflicted about it, but I know that it’s something that I have to do—I think people can relate to that. Sometimes you have to choose to leave something behind when it’s not working anymore."

Released with an accompanying video, "Focus" follows Elias' 2015 debut Warcry EP as well as his 2017 singles "Thinking of You" and "Hope." It's a preview of the 20-year-old musician's upcoming debut album, which he's been working on with the likes of longtime collaborator HYENA and mega-producer Paul Epworth, the latter of whom is known for his work with Adele and Coldplay.

While fans wait for the album, "Focus" is a stunning listen. Check out the video below or hear it on any digital platform
