As he continues to support his recent album Colors, Beck took the stage Wednesday night on NBC's The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

He performed his single "Up All Night," which is now the No. 1 alternative song in the country as of this week. Colors is the followup to Beck's 2014 album Morning Phase, which won Album of the Year at the Grammys the following year.

"These are complex songs all trying to do two or three things at once," Beck said in a recent interview about the album, acknowledging the unexpected wait. "It’s not retro and not modern. To get everything to sit together so it doesn’t sound like a huge mess was quite an undertaking."
