As Bon Iver continues their North American tour, Justin Vernon and Co. included a new song as part of their set over the weekend.
“It’s new and it’s not even quite done, but I just want to play it for y’all,” Vernon said as he performed the track live at Bon Iver's show Sunday night in Richmond, Virginia.
While it's unclear if the song is simply a one-off cut or part of a larger project, it's worth noting Vernon seemed visibly excited to share the raw, unfinished song, which has been curiously placed at the close of the band's set over the weekend.
Vernon also brought Bruce Hornsby out on stage during the Richmond show for a cover of Bonnie Raitt’s "I Can’t Make You Love Me."
As we previously mentioned, the band has plotted a handful of shows in support of last year's album 22, A Million. They also recently played a European run.
