Ahead of her planned performance this weekend at Coachella, Lorde played an intimate show Friday night at Pappy & Harriet’s in Pioneertown, a small town northeast of the festival in Indio.

The singer debuted a new song "Sober," as well as her single "Green Light" and "Liability," all from her upcoming album Melodrama. Her setlist also included a number of familiar favorites, such as "Royals," "Tennis Court," "Team" and her Disclosure collaboration "Magnets."

The performance marked Lorde's first live set since 2014. She announced the midnight show Friday on Twitter and it sold out instantly. She's set to perform Sunday night at Coachella.
