As Isle of Wright duo Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers (aka Wet Leg) prepare to release their self-titled debut album on April 8, they are currently trekking across North America.
On Wednesday night, the pair performed at the Pabst Theater in Milwaukee. They wowed with a spellbinding show, surrounded by a full audience who seemed to know much of the band's lyrics, singing along seamlessly.
The show comes at a big moment for Wet Leg, which is touring North America for the next month before heading to Europe. As they continue to build huge momentum for could be a breakout year, they'll be heading to SXSW in Austin, and they're already one of the most buzzed-about bands of the fest, which itself is returning to big buzz after two years of no in-person festivities due to Covid.
Next up, Wet Leg plays in Chicago, Boston, Brooklyn, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia and Nashville, all before they head to SXSW.
