Songwriter, producer and multi-instrumentalist Sylvester Sivertsen (aka Sly) is branching out after a number of high-profile collaborations behind the scenes, launching his solo project with the release of his debut single "Cotton Candy."

The magnetic new track arrived Friday, featuring pop powerhouse Emily Warren, herself credited with hits for the likes of Dua Lipa, Khalid, Charli XCX and more.

"It’s honestly kinda surreal, it hits differently this time," said Sly of the new release. "A huge thank you to everyone involved especially Emily for singing this song better than anyone ever could have, and to Chehad Abdallah for directing an absolutely insane music video!"

The Copenhagen-based artist has previously collaborated with and produced for such acts as The Chainsmokers, Liam Payne, Cheat Codes, The Jonas Brothers and others.
