Belgian band GOOSE is getting an early start on the weekend with a video for their song "Run Away," premiering today on Variance.

The electro-rock outfit has shared an ominous set of visuals for the song, which appears on their new album Endless, which arrived earlier this year. The song is said to mark a new direction for the quartet.

"In order to sound like a party, you need to make a party," says lead singer Mickael Karkousse. "Both Victor Le Masne (producer) and Bastien Doremus (mix engineer) pushed us to approach the track as a live recording. The result was a spontaneous jam at Motorbass studio, and by fooling around with it, we found the right angle. That spontaneous, party feeling was exactly what the song needed."

The new video comes as the band, which recently wrapped a stint on tour with Cut Copy, has also announced 2023 tour dates starting in March. They'll be joining Los Angeles favorite The Midnight on the road, which should make for an excellent show.
