The big day finally arrived. The 60th annual Grammy Awards were held Sunday in New York City, the first time in 15 years the show has taken place outside of Los Angeles.
The three-hour, pre-show Premiere ceremony will began at 3 p.m. EST, hosted by former Late Show with David Letterman musical director Paul Shaffer.
Most of the 70 categories were awarded during the pre-show broadcast. Following that show, the primetime ceremony, hosted by James Corden, kicked off at 7:30 p.m. EST, airing live coast-to-coast on CBS.
Jay-Z led this year's nominees with 8 nods, including Album of the Year. That category also included records from Lorde, Bruno Mars, Kendrick Lamar and Childish Gambino.
This story will be updated with the list of winners as they are announced.
