Radiohead is suing Lana Del Rey for rights to her song "Get Free," the latter has confirmed.

The Sun on Sunday reported the two acts were sparring over copyright infringement claims, with Radiohead accusing Del Rey of ripping off their 1993 hit "Creep" for her recent Lust for Life track. 

Hour after the initial reports, Del Rey took to Twitter to confirm Radiohead's actions, explaining her displeasure and claiming Thom Yorke and Co. wants all publishing royalties. 

"It’s true about the lawsuit," she said in a tweet on Sunday afternoon. "Although I know my song wasn’t inspired by 'Creep,' Radiohead feel it was and want 100% of the publishing. I offered up to 40 [percent] over the last few months but they will only accept 100. Their lawyers have been relentless, so we will deal with it in court."

Some reports had previously claimed Radiohead was merely seeking compensation or credit. Del Rey's statement suggests it's a more aggressive situation.

Update: In an email to Variance, a spokesperson for Radiohead says the band has "no comment" at this time.
